EPS Continuous Pre-expander

Description of EPS Continuous Pre-expander MJY-70~120:
This continuous EPS Pre-expander can finish whole producing cycle automatically such as expanding, drying, sieving, de-lumping and transporting to silo.
Advantages of EPS Continuous Pre-expander:
1. Inner shell of expansion chamber with insulation layer to lower energy wastage.
2. In TFY120, steam pressure relief valve is equipped to control even density.
3. First expansion and second expansion are available, density range 8-40g/L.
4. Screw conveyor with light sensor can be supplied with extra cost.
